DUNZO! The old saying 'love is in the air' doesn and rsquo;t really apply to Hollywood these days as several of L.A. and rsquo;s power couples are calling it quits this week. Among those saying farewell to love are Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt, Kanye West and Amber Rose, and James Van Der Beek and Heather McComb.
BACK ON THE BOARDS: Variety reports that Rosie O and rsquo;Donnell is looking to star in an upcoming revival of 1937 Rodgers and Hart musical Babes in Arms, marking the first time this tuner has seen Broadway since the late thirties.
The Wisconsin Assembly is expected to vote on the state budget today, as our friends at Fair Wisconsin report.  The budget, as proposed by Gov. Jim Doyle, includes important basic legal protections for domestic partners, including hospital visitation rights and equal family leave rights. Just in… DC’s Attorney General says the proposed ballot measure to st op the District government from recognizing valid marriages performed elsewhere is improper and shouldn’t progress to signature gathering (WashPost). Read the AG’s opinion [pdf].
