West Hollywood, California - On June 4, 2008, “Grey’s Anatomy” star T.R. Knight will join the Matthew Shepard Foundation to help kick off National Gay-Pride month with a symbolic dusk commitment ceremony at the famed West Hollywood hotspot, The Abbey.
At 8pm, couples from around the nation will “tie the knot” in what maybe one of the last “symbolic” ceremonies in California thanks to the State’s Supreme Court ruling invalidating the ban on gay marriages.
The event will be officiated by the Mayor of West Hollywood and witnessed by Judy Shepard.

Loss for us all
In my wanderings today I ran across a website starting up a new video series. The video is designed to induce conversation. They even had a comment area, as well as a question and answer area which they urged you to use after viewing the video.
It was great. I was impressed.
As I got ready to post the link here, I noticed they only wanted to hear from people in the Los Angeles area. Evidently they only care about people who live in the Los Angeles area!
I can understand funding came from that geogrphical area and they want to help people in that area. I suppose the burden of helping people outside of Los Angeles would be to much.
So if you don't live in the Los Angeles area don't bother visiting weho.org.
If you wish, you may contact me by voicemail at 909-7GayGay (909.742.9429).
Alternately, you may fill out the form below; the voicemail system will call you.
