International Gay News Headlines (T25T-3)

On Monday, two gay activists, Jose Maria Di Bello and Alex Freyre, were married in Argentina, making them the first gay couple to marry in Latin America.
Uganda will tone down its controversial 'kill the gays bill', but they claim it has nothing to do with the massive international outcry.
Lily Allen hits Australia next month for Big Day Out 2010, and she assures us that there won't be any miming, unlike Britney Spears' recent tour, which attracted a great deal of criticism.
