The loud-mouthed emperor of bile has no clothes. When Glenn Beck opened his trap and boldly claimed that the President was a racist and that he "has a deep-seated hatred for white people, or white culture," you'd think he'd have a clear sense of what he was protecting by making that charge.
However, when Katie Couric forwarded a basic question from a Twitter user asking for a definition of white culture, all of a sudden Glenn practically soiled his knickers, stuttering and stammering. (Think Progress):

COURIC: No, but you didn't really address white culture, I think, in your explanation about President Obama, I haven't seen the whole show, but can you? Just for our purposes?
BECK: Just for your purposes? So this will be a little secret between us?
COURIC: No, for this show, can you explain what you mean by the white culture? Because some people say that sounds kind of racist.
BECK: Really? It's amazing to me that, for the first time, I think in history somebody can ask a question and say, "Don't you think that maybe we have several pieces here?" We have several pieces; George Bush says my grandmother was a typical Afical African-American that had, that had her views bred into her. You don't think maybe we would ask questions about that comment? How is it that the first time I think in history, you should check on it, somebody says, "Hey. There's some red flags here maybe we should look at?" ... How am I? How am I the target for asking questions?
Well considering that he's an Independent Democrat-in-name-only, this would just mean the circle is now complete. The turncoat would make the race quite interesting though. Think about Huckabee and Rick Santorum up there at a debate. (Think Progress):

--Some Democrats might not find Lieberman's joke very funny. After Lieberman bucked his party and supported Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) for president - even delivering a speech at the Republican National Convention - some of his Senate colleagues wanted him to be punished, with some suggesting that he should lose his chairmanship of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. Instead, they let him off with slap on the wrist.
I wonder what kind slogan Lieberman would want to put out there. Could you think up something snappy for him?
Let's bring out the tiny violin for Pastor Jeremiah Cummings, who says his credibility has been called into question (and affecting his prosperity gospel money-grubbing capabilities) because of an interview Bill Maher featured in his documentary Religulous.
Cummings sued Lionsgate Entertainment, the film's distributor, for defamation of character and sought $50 million in damages. He later dropped the case, but says the film has triggered lawsuits against him and impoverished him. The preacher wants his life back, he says.
"They are not telling the whole story the way I gave the interview," Cummings, 58, told ABCNews.com of his appearance in the 2008 film in which Maher interviewed the Orlando-based evangelist.
In the film, Maher asks Cummings to discuss how rock icons and religious leaders always seem to be dressed in "elaborate costumes."
When Maher presses Cummings about his outfit during the interview, the reverend responds, "I always dress well" and notes that his shoes are not made of alligator, as the host suggested, but are lizard skin.
Maher does not let up, asking Cummings if it's not true that Jesus "championed the poor." The film then cuts to Cummings saying, "I like gold" and "People want you to look well."
OK. Let's go to the videotape. You decide whether Cummings looks like a man of God who was forced to look ridiculous.
