Garry Kasparov (the chess master and activist) was giving a speech. Suddenly it was interrupted by, what appeared to be, a flying penis.
Security personal were alert and one of them slapped the object out of the air.
It appears Mr. Kasparov fears for his safety due to previous criticisms of the Russian President Putin.
The question was asked; We know the russian security officials have used unique weapons, but a remote-controlled flying penis?
