International Gay News Headlines (T25T-3)

A gay man in his fifties was the victim of a homophobic attack in Ilford, east London, on Saturday. Two 18-year old men have been arrested on suspicion of assault and are being held in custody.


Chris Moyles, the BBC Radio 1 DJ who has been criticised for anti-gay remarks, may leave his breakfast show next year. Vernon Kay has reportedly been approached to take over the slot.


Christian groups have been holding protests outside a Glasgow theatre which portrays Jesus as a trans woman. Jesus, Queen of Heaven is being shown as part of the Glasgay! art festival.


The Museum of Innocence is Orhan Pamuk’s first book after he became the first Turkish person ever to win the Nobel Prize in 2006. Like all his other novels, _The Museum of Innocence_ is set in Istanbul.
Small grants of up to $5000 are now available for eligible community organisations from the Aurora Group.
